Our prices are designed to help make it possible for you to stay in the quality accommodation in our 2 bedroom cottage provides at cost you can afford. We offer both week long stays (Summer) and short breaks (Autumn into Spring). Single night stays at not offered.

7 night stays (full week) are only offered during the Summer months, that is, May through September. In those months a full week (7 night) stay is possible. Only short breaks are offered in October through April.
We are happy to welcome you for short breaks and weekend breaks. The price for these are as follows:

*A two night weekend stay is from Friday at 2 pm until Sunday at 4 pm, but sorry, no 2 night weekend stays on Bank Holiday weekends - for Bank Holiday weekends please book a 3 night weekend break.
**Short breaks are priced as "during the week" only if they start and end on a weekday. Short breaks starting or ending on a Saturday or Sunday are priced as "over the weekend".
During our low season or our mid season you can add a night or nights to any 3 night short break and turn it into a 4 or 5 night break. The cost of additional nights is shown below.

You will see from the Availability Calendar that Thursdays are not available for self-catering breaks at the cottage from beginning October through to end April. This does mean that we aren't offering week long stays during that period.
If you are only going to require 1 bedroom because you're just one couple but you nevertheless would like to rent our 2 bedroom holiday cottage we offer you a 15% discount off the normal stay price. Let us know if this is the case.

Garden and hot tub maintenance is done on guest changeover days. In addition, in the case of week long stays, we also do garden and hot tub maintenance on a Wednesday between 11am and 4pm.

Our builders have created a beautiful high stone wall matching the cottage and replacing the wooden fence at the rear entrance. A solid fitted door has also been included and makes it look like the door to the Secret Garden.
Final weekend before Christmas is just over and the guests who stayed left a really nice message in our cottage guestbook, "Thank you for our little bit of Christmas before the start of hectic family festivities!"
As a wonderful addition to our hot tub we've now added a sauna. It's housed in a purpose built log cabin alongside the garden room. What a sense of rejuvenation you get from quality time in a sauna!
