Cottage prices and stay periods

Our prices are designed to help make it possible for you to stay at a cost you can afford in the quality-accommodation our 2-bedroom cottage provides. We offer both week long stays (Summer) and short breaks (Autumn into Spring). Single night stays at not offered.

Prices vary according to season. View the calendar at the bottom of the page to see the season your planned stay comes under. You will also find a price calculator there to make it simple to get a price.

Summer stays commence on a Saturday

In June, July, August and September we only accept full week stays, that is, Saturday to Saturday stays. It is possible to book more than one week. You can book a two week stay when the calendar shows that availability. (You can, of course, book a week-long stay any time of the year.

Prices by stay season - commencing October 1st 2025

Here are the prices by season before any discount, that is, before discounts such as the "one couple use" discount - see below for more information. Check at the end of the page to know which of our seasons your stay is calculated as in. Further down the page there is also a simple price calculator!

• High season: 7 night stay - £975
• Hi-Mid season: 7 night stay - £845
• Lo-Mid season: 7 night stay - £800
• Low season: 7 night stay - £700

17% discount on one couple use

If you are only going to require 1 bedroom because you're just one couple but you nevertheless would like to rent our 2 bedroom holiday cottage we offer you a 17% discount off the normal stay price. Use the Cost Calculator below to work out what you'll be paying with that discount.

New! 8% Returning Guest Discount

If you are a returning guest, we will give you a discount of 8%. This is calculated after other discounts have been applied. This 8% return guest discount does not show on the Cost Calculator. We will apply this for you when we receive your booking. Then the details will be sent to you, letting you know - in advance of payment - exactly how much you will be paying.

Cost of Short Breaks

In October to May inclusive we are happy to welcome you for short breaks. The price for these are as follows:

• 2 night weekend stay*: costs 45% of the price for the 7 night stay
• Short break - 3 nights over the weekend or during the week: costs 60% of the price for the 7 night stay

Notes on short breaks in October thru May

• *A two night weekend stay is from Friday at 2 pm until Sunday at 4 pm, but sorry, no 2 night weekend stays on Bank Holiday weekends - for Bank Holiday weekends please book a 3 night weekend break.
• Short breaks can start on any available day except Sunday.
• No Sunday starts to breaks. Sorry, breaks cannot start on a Sunday.
• Stays at Christmas when Christmas falls mid week are counted as "over the weekend" because we view the double bank holiday of Christmas Day and Boxing Day as a type of weekend.

Adding a night in October thru May

You can add a night or two to a 3-night short break or 3-night weekend stay at the following rates.

• Low season, one couple stay: each extra night add £58
• Low season, more than one couple stay: each extra night add £70
• Lo-Mid season, one couple stay: each extra night add £66
• Lo-Mid season, more than one couple stay: each extra night add £80
• Hi-Mid season, one couple stay: each extra night add £70
• Hi-Mid season, more than one couple stay: each extra night add £86
• High season, one couple stay: each extra night add £81
• High season, more than one couple stay: each extra night add £98

Note on full week stays

When guests stay for a full week, then in addition to the garden and hot tub maintenance done before guests arrive, we also do garden and hot tub maintenance mid-week. This is normally on a Wednesday morning from 11 am for 90 minutes..
